Echelon Homes LLC, is owned by Zach Nelson who has a diverse background in construction management that includes estimating and managing multimillion dollar projects in the commercial, industrial, and residential construction markets. Zach holds a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. In 2014, he formed Echelon Homes LLC to pursue his passion for building custom homes. In 2018, Matt Ramm joined the company. Matt also has a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from UNL and has many years of experience in various construction markets. Both of them are committed to bringing a detailed and professional approach to each new project.
