As a real estate agent, my goal is to make the American dream of home ownership come true for the greatest number of clients by exercising the highest levels of integrity and customer service.
Real estate is my passion. My concept of "real estate" comes down to People, Property, and Principle.
PEOPLE - Diverse in nature and each individual comes to the table with different concepts of what the sale of their home should look like, the emotional and financial implications of the sale, as well as where they go next.
The reasons for each sale vary and I love the challenge of listening carefully to the needs of my clients. It keeps it interesting!
PROPERTY - Whether looking through the eyes of a first time home buyer, a savage investor, or a commercial buyer, the history of a property should spark an interest in the buyer and seller. I minored in history in college and my old soul enriches with each property I walk into. Even after selling over a hundred properties a year, I never lose the potential of each property for the buyer at hand.
PRINCIPLE - In most cases, the home is the biggest item in a person's financial portfolio. On principle, I exercise the greatest consideration when helping people make decisions in regards to that large asset. My job is to get the right deal and understanding the financial responsibilities accompanying any large transaction is key for buyers and sellers.
With over 20 years of sales experience, half of them in the real estate market, I ultimately work to support my greatest passion - my family. My husband and I have blended six children over twenty years wtih two little girls still living at home. All of the children are true gifts in my life and I am blessed each and every day.
