A recent survey by Fannie Mae called the Home Purchase Sentiment Index (HPSI) reported a significantly higher household income in 2016. The same people surveyed believed it was a good time to sell their home. The total index was raised a total of seven points to 82.7, a historical high.
Here is some more good news. According to ATTOM Data Solutions, since 2012, the average median home price has grown 60 percent. Good for you if you’ve owned a home for more than 5 years.
