Professional Background



I've been fortunate to have learned sales and social skills basically from the ground up over many years.

My family and I owned a cafe, hardware store and two grocery stores that we all were involved in until the early 90's. I feel like these businesses helped me to learn to interact with people of all styles and attitudes. Later on I worked for company that sold windows and siding to homeowners. We would be sent to cities in Nebraska and Iowa for a week at a time and would help folks improve their homes and reduce their energy bills. This job taught me that there isn't any person that can't eventually be made into your friend. My next job was helping to manage a very successful Champps Americana restaurant here in Omaha. This was one of my favorite jobs because I got to meet what seemed like half of the people in Omaha. This job produced many lasting friendships from the many loyal customers, along with hundreds of employees, that have bought and sold their homes with me. 

This brings me to the job that I know God intended me to do. Real Estate. My passion for helping to buy and sell homes here in Omaha Nebraska has only grown over the past 15 years. Each purchase and each sale is different from the next one so you need someone who really knows what they are doing. Knowledge and experience help tremendously when it comes to having a smooth, seamless transaction and knowledge and experience also keep you from ending up in a nightmare that makes you never want to purchase or sell a property again. To me its like you get to help your clients go through one of the biggest purchases of their lives and end up after it is all said and done with a great friend.

Personal Interests

I would say when it comes to me personally my priorities would be God, my family and then my job and in that order. My Dad always said don't get these out of order and life will treat you well.

My wife and I like to travel, go out to eat, meet new people and have a glass of Cabernet with friends on occasion.

I like to get out and get in a round of golf with friends when time and weather allow.   


I've bought and sold many homes for clients over the past 13 years. In the last ten years we have been in the top 3% of all Realtors nationwide selling between 6 million to 16 million a year. We have bought and sold homes from 80k to 1.3 million so I would say we are well versed in all price ranges.
