Welcome to my Website

My focus as a full time Realtor is to provide Professional Service, be Enthusiastic and utilize all of my Resources to sell your home or find you the perfect home. The trust and loyalty I build with my clients is a vital means to my successful career. Tracy has received the Circle of Excellence Award in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010. The Circle Of Excellence is an award given to only the Top Producing Agents who achieve over $7 Million Dollars in Sales each year.

Ask yourself, do you want an Agent to List your home? Or SELL your home? There is a difference. You need a Professional Full-Service Agent to not only put the sign in the yard and in the MLS but also to market the home to all resources to make others aware your home is for sale, to negotiate offers and net you the most at the end of the transaction.

Personal Background

I specialize in selling homes in the Millard, Papillion, Elkhorn and Gretna communities.

I have a vast knowledge in the New Construction Industry as I have been a key partner within Zych Construction in restoration of homes after natural disaster like fires & storms and building residential homes in the Omaha metro area for over 16 years.

Professional Background

Some of the full service marketing I choose to participate in but not limited to are my website, full color custom flyers for your home, professional photographs and virtual tours, staging options, Broker Tours, Omaha World Herald or smaller local newspapers, magazine publications as needed and networking with my peers. I have weekly communication with my clients via email showing my sellers what has been going on. Like how many times your home came up in a search and how many times your pictures were looked at. If we see a lot of internet activity and no showings this is usually the 1st sign the home is priced too high. Pricing your home accordingly on the front end is most important. I look forward to working together in the future!
